Actually it's based off a thief outfit from the Capcom game 'Dungeons and Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara.

When I saw this outfit it reminded me heavily of Neyla.
And here it is on her.

If I ever do manage to bring Neyla back in my own Sly fan series; it will be in a most unorthodox way. XD
