I guess while working on other projects a part of me would rather draw quickly another new character that was introduced in the Smash Bros. Ultimate game last year.
And we're this close to having Piranha Plant as DLC soon. We'll get to him eventually .XD
Here's some of the ones I drew so far:
This here is Inkling; well one of the Squid Children from the Splatoon series.
You know; in all the time I've had the Switch and Wii U I have not once played a Splatoon game.
I do admit it looks colorful and fun; but most of my experiences in gaming have been solo and this game looks like it was designed for multiplayer mayhem.
I'm sure it's a fun series; it's just a Nintendo franchise I haven't quite latched onto yet.
Certainly not like the respective series you see represented by the characters I drew already for this Smash Ultimate tribute.
This series has been a series of firsts for me come to think of it. I don't think I've really drawn any of these characters before. (Except Richter Belmont and Ivysaur.)
But that's why I enjoy this little project.
Even if I never played Splatoon I did have fun drawing Inkling.
We got just a few characters left: Daisy, Chrom, Ken, Piranha Plant and Joker.
And to think it all started with just drawing King K. Rool...who's still my main in Smash Ultimate.
