Today was a personal milestone for me. And it came about in an unexpected way.
If you've been following Powerpuff Girls on places like Twitter you'll notice that there was quite an uproar over a leaked script for a reboot that seemed to fake to be real....but was.
Ever since the girls have been trending like crazy for weeks now.
And I dunno where it happened but apparently...so did my two second Reanimated segment I did for a project a little over two years ago.
Before the controversy the video was like at 35,000 views.
As of today it has reached over 100,000 views....and is still climbing.
I also got a significant spike in subscriptions.
So I drew the girls as I drew them for the project thanking everyone for the 100,000 views. Is this how I viewed them in a potential reboot? No not really. This was more or less me drawing them slightly different from their original models for the sake of this Reanimated project. Part of the fun of these projects is to draw the characters as differently as possible. It makes each segment unique and unpredictable.

Really though I am honored my video got such a significant portion of views. Thank you all so much for your support. ^^
I dunno if I'll ever make another one as successful. But this PPG Reanimate might be a start. X3
