Risk was a no brainer. I chose Lady Malmsteen to dress as Risky Boots from Shantae just as I did some many years ago.

She just fits the role so naturally. And we all know The Lady likes to play dressup. It being Halloween and her birthday it only seemed natural.
Getting into the role she sits on a mound of pirate booty with her bat minions semi dressed as Risky Boots’ Tinkerbats.
Delivering more treasures to their queen. Like she needs more already xD
This Inktober comes to an end. It was fun doing my own ideas and listening and doing some suggestion given to me.
