Inktober 20 2022: Jotaro's Bluff

Day 20 of Inktober 2022; with the word of the day being Bluff.
As a fan of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, certain battles/confrontations will always stick in my memory. Obviously some of the most powerful Stand users make for the most intense fights. But there are some Stand users where the intensity lies not in a violent battle...but a game of poker.
The part in Stardust Crusaders where the Stand User Daniel J. D'Arby attempts to collect all the souls of the human troupe of the said Crusaders is one of the arc's most memorable moments. His Stand isn't powerful but through guile and cunning he could even one-up the sneaky Joseph Joestar.
So when Jotaro Kujo challenged him to a game of poker it was all down to him bluffing his way out of a very precarious situation. Even though D'Arby had the winning hand; Jotaro with the help of his Stand Star Platinum was able to create such an intense bluff even D'Arby couldn't handle it mentally. Jotaro had turned the tables when in reality he could've easily been defeated. His bluff saved him, Joseph and the rest of the Crusaders.
So memorable was this battle of wits in Jojo that it appeared in both the anime and the OVA of Stardust Crusaders. If you haven't seen it I won't reveal how Jotaro bluffed his way out of defeat. But it definitely is among the highlights of this particular story arc.
