Lizzy continues to carry the seemingly light Kitty until she sees Dudley's tailing her: just like she planned.
So she now leaves Kitty hanging on a flagpole and vows to return to her after she's got Dudley: and those both her quarry are captured to collect the bounty.
Yeah...why can't Kitty break from the ropes? It's because the rope acts like a boa constrictor: Lizzy's gadgetry allows her to make near impossible traps to escape from. The more Kitty struggles, the tighter the rope gets. Not even her claws can save her.
So we now near the showdown between Dudley and Lizzy. The good stuff is finally under way!
