Sarah sleeping in on one of her days off from her job at Interpol. Just a shirt and panties; it's that time of year again. She seems to have an itch down there. As you can tell by her living conditions; she doesn't live large and that might be the problem. Or it's the fact she's a dog and like all dogs she has fleas. (Particularly problematic for anthro dogs in that certain area.)
Hanging on her bed post is her gun belt with pistol in tow. And underneath on her dresser is a picture of her and her boss Carmelita Fox. While Sarah seems genuinely enthusiastic about being partners with her; Carmelita is not. Well in my version it's because while Sly is missing, Carmelita is forced to take a partner and train her to become an inspector. Unfortunately she got stuck with the 'jinx' of Interpol and finds Sarah incompetent and incapable of doing things right; resulting in massive frustration for poor Ms. Fox. However; Sarah doesn't intentionally do things wrong; it's just that no one else wants to train her. Carmelita eventually learns that Sarah just needs someone to take under her wing and the two eventually bond. But for now; she's not happy with her.
Which brings up another thing I noticed about Carmelita; she doesn't really like working with other girls and she can be particularly vicious towards female criminals. Like how she threatened The Contessa mercilessly or how she beat up that purple haired bat character at the end of Sly 4. I think all-in-all; Carmelita just doesn't want girliness to rub onto her. She is clearly a "one of the boys" type woman who really made it big in a man's world. And I say good for her. But I think this is why she also prefers working with men. Even before Neyla betrayed her she wasn't really happy working with her. That's my theory on why she's this way to other girls.
So yeah; she's not initially nice to Sarah in the beginning. But TBH this isn't to make you sympathize for my character. Given Carmelita's 'Sly is missing' scenario and the fact that she has to deal with so much else in her life job related; you can't help but feel when she's frustrated with her seemingly incompetent partner. (Who just needs a push in the right direction and some understanding.)
Sarah if you can't tell also lives like a slob. She's like Carmelita in that she's 'one of the boys' too' mainly because her older brother raised her most of her life. I guess I'm designing Sarah to be among the first women Carmelita can eventually warm up to and guide in life as she tries to model Sarah into a Police Inspector.
One thing I will say about Sarah: she has cute underwear. XD
