The Electric Escapee

It was time to draw a Street fighter III character. You know that game has all sorts of Street Fighters that were introduced solely for that game; and thus some we never saw again.
While some like Elena and Ibuki went onto Street fighter IV spin-offs (those ladies...they get everything XD) others were shoved aside for various reasons.
Among the shoved aside characters was the replacement for both Dhalsim and Blanka in the III series; Necro.

The electric super soldier from Russia has yet to make it into another Street Fighter game. But then again; he's not a willing fighter to begin with. All he wants to do is escape and live with his girlfriend in peace.
But if cornered; this guy will put up a fight using his stretchy limbs and electric powers to ward off potential captors or rivals.

III had its series of freak characters. Who could also forget Twelve, Q, and the God like Gill? And let's not forget that the basis of the whole Shadowloo type evil organization from that game was the Illuminati. Wow!! they went above and beyond for both the surreal and absurd in terms of Street Fighter stories.
Nevertheless; great game. And while Necro wasn't the easiest character to use (or the easiest to believe he's from Street Fighter); I figure he needs some more work for him.
And I did my duty and drew him for the FGE Project; always a pleasure to be part of it boyos. ^^
