It looks like Lady Malmsteen is all tied up at the moment by some creepers. But while some others keep her bound; quite a few others are loose and look like they're ready to have more fun with her.
Notice how her boots are missing as the vines pulled them off? I bet some of those vines are looking forward to tickling her soles.
As well as other things to her. No wonder she looks really uneasy.
