Bat Romance

After the Royal Wedding took place I decided to do my own couple portrait.
In this case; a vampirized Dudley Puppy and my TUFF OC Lady Elizabeth Malmsteen.

In one of my future story ideas: 'Bat Romance': Lady Malmsteen turns Dudley into a vampire to remove him as a future threat. However through a series of antics she soon regrets it...or does she?

You may notice Dudley is taller than her. Does that mean Lady Malmsteen is actually very short?

The answer is no. Being tall and muscular is actually a side effect of Dudley's vampirisim. I'm not really making it up:I am actually taking the idea from when the spider bit Peter Parker in 'Spider-Man.' Heck if a spider bite can give you a six-pack I don't see why a hot vampire girl can't do the same. ;-3

Also note how Dudley's eyes changed to red. Yes he really is a vampire. Malmsteen seduced him and he REALLY loves her. A LOT. ;-3

And no: if Dudley was his regular self he would NOT love Lady Malmsteen because she is evil. She had to hypnotize him into thinking he loves her. Normally she doesn't have to do this with other villains or weak willed men. But Dudley required some effort due to his loyalty to the side of good.

You could consider this their official portrait.

The Gothic frame with the skulls, bats and roses with thorns took about two hours to make and required a lot of layering. But I am extremely pleased how beautiful it turned out.
There is much detail that went into that picture frame and I really think it shows.

I also like Dudley's vampire outfit. He actually looks pretty good in it.

Also seen in the BG is Malmsteen's castle in Petsylvania and her minions flying out to greet the "happy" couple.

How long will this marriage last though? ;-3 Knowing we all prefer dudley with Kitty: I say it won't last too long. ;-D

Halloween is upon us. And for me and my own vampire bat creation Lady Malmsteen it is a time of celebration.
Halloween is officially her birthday. And she doesn't mind wearing something special for that occasion. (Sometimes she'll even be in her "Birthday Suit." ;D)

Here she wears her favorite leather corset complete with thong and stockings. The moon shines in as she draws her curtains to let the night drink her in.

This is the month of the bat queen. There will be many more where she came from. ;D

Villain number 03 of my daily 'Sketch a Villain' process.

One day I might just color all of them.

This is a recent animated villain from the film 'Wreck It Ralph'. If you haven't seen it (seriously..what the hell?) then don't read further into this synopsis.

Turbo is the true main villain of Wreck It Ralph and his reveal was one of the best in films. The term "going Turbo" all revolved around him.
I noticed how skull like they made him in the film. Either his sprite was always like that or he aged considerabely when taking over Sugar Rush under his new persona King Candy.

His catch phrase 'Turbo Tastic' included in piece. ;D

Just a sketch. I still haven't gotten my digital pen yet. :-/

This is the lowly intern Chris Fuzz. (the one who most likely replaced the one from the show who was blown up defusing a bomb. XD)

I'm not saying TUFF is evil mind you. I'm just saying they are probably not above abusing their interns like any other organization. And this raccoon boy here is no exception.

to those of you know yes this is the SAME Chris Fuzz I made for my own little mini anthro series 'The Fuzz.' He's wearing his tie and nice shirt for this being his internship and all.

Now you might think: oh is he gonna hook up with Kitty? Oh certainly not. What kind of pathetic fanboy do you think I am? XD
I don't even give him an even break. I have Agent Jumbo flirting with him. Yes the wide ass herself. XD (Gee how come I don't draw her more often? XD XD XD)

She is serving him a 'Peanut Sandwhich.' Not even peanut butter, it's two slices of bread wit ha stack of peanuts between them. She is an elephant after all: but it is her specialty.

She even calls him "cutie" when serving it to him. Chris just stares awkwardly at it. XD
Yes Agent Jumbo kinda likes Chris: but Chris can't return the favor for many reasons. (None of which he'll mention at the risk of getting his head smashed in. XD)

Villain 04 of the ongoing Sketch A Villain...eventually will be filled in to fill up my random villain roster.

This one is from Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. The falmboyant yet badass devil forgemaster Isaac.

Aside from his....interesting design...there is one aspect about Isaac I like. That's his out-of-his skull insane cackle. If you ever heard this guy during battle you know what I mean.

He's definitely not afraid to hang his pants low. Wonder why this guy was popular with the production team's female staff? XD

He's done some really nice artwork of Lady Malmsteen in the past. He even gave her a friend/sibling named Robtonamor.

He;s a warlock type. I drew him hear summoning the powers of darkness and having fellow demonic familiar beside him. I like the glow effect I made for his staff and the aura emitted from the magic circle he is standing in.

Lady Malmsteen is of course not far behind with her own bat minions.

Happy Birthday my friend.

It's awesome we share the same one. Fitting how both our creations are in the same shot for it.

Save the best for last.

So now we have the final entry of the five part commission

had for me.

It's his evil boss of them all: Draktor the Dark Warlord. A fearsome dragon of sorts standing amongst the fires of hell.

No doubt he has dealings with the legions of darkness. A hero really does have their hands full fighting such opponents.

Like how it came out and I do hope it is a satisfying conclusion to this five part commission. Another accomplishment to cross off my list this week.

Based off a a photo I took while on deployment.

And this is among the few things I am toying with using my new tablet. Not bad so far: though I really like my pics dark and soft I find.

I was holding a falcon on this trip my unit took. He was quite a beautiful bird and unlike the other members; he didn't freak out while I held him. I guess he knew I was in awe and respect of him.

Very nice day it was.

It wasn't that dark that day: that's just the painting. In fact it was freaking bright and clear: and windy.

Tapper's Lost and Found

Oh the things you can create with a new tablet on your day off. >=-D

Alright video game and Wreck-It-Ralph fans alike: get ready. Cause Ralph's dug deeper into the Tapper's Lost and Found. What he ultimately ends up with is a video game cameo that'll make you crap your pants. >:=-D

In the movie Ralph found objects like the 'Power Up Mushroom' from Mario and the '!' with the sound qeue from the Metal Gear Solid series. And the big question was: how can those things even be in Tapper's or have the respective characters visit that place if they don't really come from an Arcade. I know Mario was in arcades; but not Snake.

Well there was no logical explanation behind it. But I have one.

Portable game systems. You know like Nintendo DS, PSP and even Gameboy Advance. I'm sure kids carry those things with em all the time. Sometimes they need to be charged up so they must plug their games in the outlets in the arcade. This allows the passage of travel for the characters.
Of course that means they run the risk of being shut out of their game. So they must grab their drinks quickly and as a result: they leave some pretty important stuff behind.

Three more iconic video game items found their way in the Tapper's lost and Found. From top to bottom Ralph has dug through them.

The first thing he comes across is a jar with a tiny fairy in it. Wouldn't you know it? It's Navi from 'The LEgend of Zelda.' Why is she in a jar? Well maybe Link didn't wanna lose her (way to go buddy XD) or she was too annoying. I guess Link was disappointed Tapper's doesn't serve Lon Lon milk.
The bottle is kind of floating in Ralph's hand as it does whenever Link finds an item from a treasure chest or purchases it. Only thing it's not floating over Ralph's head like it does with Link. XD

Quickly putting Navi away (thank you Ralph) he digs through it again looking for a medal hopefully.

And wouldn't ya know? he grabs one of the most iconic video game pieces ever: a Pokeball!! And look who it is! It's Pikachu!! XD What Pokedouche (cough...Ash....) left him behind in such a hurry? XD
Oh and even Ralph's being kind of a douche to Pikachu. Sure he put Navi back. But he just tosses Pikachu over his shoulder with the Pokeball. I wanted Pikachu to say "PIKA!!" as he got tossed. But I didn't want to kill the joke and no word bubble could fit in that space.

And now...what's this? What does Ralph see this time?
Something big. Something shiny. Is it a medal!?

No....it's a HEAD!!!
It's JENOVA'S HEAD!!!!! O.O

Yes: the one winged angel Sephiroth was here apparently. Not only did he leave the head behind, but his mother too! Wow. Now Sephiroth really is a king douche!!
Oh and how can JENOVA's head be here? Well Final Fantasy VII IS on PSN you know. It makes sense. XD
What doesn't make sense is why Tapper would keep a head he found in the Lost and Found. And why didn't he report a black caped man carrying a head and a seven foot sword? XD
Ralph is understandably freaked out.

The last panel was the 'BIG FINISH!' I made this pose of Ralph real original along with his face. Man that face. XD I can't blame him. Jenova's head is the creepiest thing you could be carrying around this place.

This took hours to make. I started at like 10 pm last night: finished at 7:30 am. (I work nights and it was my day off so no biggie.)
My goal was to take an idea and flesh it out as much as possible. The background was done in complex colors. Ralph himself was not as detailed so he wouldn't blend in with it and the gags were made more clear.

With the sequel underway: I can only wonder what other video game cameos will make their way into the next film. I can only imagine maybe a few here could.

I hope you all enjoy this as much as I did making it.

Don't be hatin' on how I depict Kitty and Dudley in this. Like The Chief they probably are not above abusing interns when it comes to finding a 'whipping boy' for their errors. It's comedy people lighten up. XD
Chris is like the 'Butters' of TUFF. (Aw hamburgers. XD)

Whatever Kitty and Dudley did they're really pinning it on Chris. And Chris is like "Uh...me?"
The Chief seems pretty cheesed too. I hope Chris doesn't get too much punishment. Probably not. Becaue an unpaid intern they know they can exploit the crap out of him. XD

Today is his birthday. And I hope my little gift to him helps make it a happy one indeed.
Been meaning to draw his OC Whitnee Squirrel for a while. Here she is and I like how the dynamics of her pose came out. Looks like she sees something in the corner of the piece and looks like she might try soon to leap after it. Leaping is what squirrels do best. ;D

WIP for another upcoming TUFF Puppy pic.
This deals with Snaptrap's favorite game 'World of Ratcraft.' But he just doesn't play it: his siblings play it too.
I have three classes here:Warrior, Dwarf and Wizard.Warrior is pretty nicely dressed. He's got special regal armor and he's a pirate captain.
The female wizard of ocurse is scantly clad. I think she's a dark mage.
And the dwarf of course is short and carries an axe rather than a hammer.
Doesn't exactly follow Warcraft logic. But then again it doesn't have to.

Can you guess which character is whose? Which one's Snaptrap's and which one is his siblings'? ;D

World Of Ratcraft

Snaptrap and his siblings playing TUFF Puppy's take on 'World of Warcraft.'
World of Ratcraft. How come it's only exclusive to rats? XD Oh well: you take one side gag and run with it.

Snaptrap is the dwarven warrior in the middle. The ax and the skulls are akin to him. He has an axe to grind alright: with his siblings. His username is 'Snappyroth)PWnzAll.' Snappyroth is derived from Sephiroth. (Someone who isn't affiliated with WoW but whatever. An excuse to use it. XD) The scene where he's sitting down is taken directly from 'Puppy Unplugged.' I dunno how you can exactly play these types of games with one button but whatever. XD I made him the dwarf since he's the youngest of the three rat siblings here and thus making him among the smallest: for the most part.
His brother Matt snaptrap is on the left with his warrior class player 'CaptainStudMuffin123.' He's enjoying a more luxurious playing of the game on his yacht: complete with cute rat girl waitress serving him a cold tropical drink as he plays. This is a nerd's paradise right here: being able to play games in a luxurious setting with a cute girl serving your needs.
On the far right is Snaptrap's sister Pat Snaptrap. She is the dark mage user 'BeautyQueen4Life13.' (This is also makes fun of the names people give themselves online. XD) She's enjoying her game in her lovely rose garden with a glass of chardonnay no less. Figures she'd pick the sexiest character in the game to try and pass herself off as one. ;D I love her girly laptop. XD

A contrasting pic between lifestyles. Matt plays from his yacht and Pat from her luxurious garden. Snappy's just playing in his basement. Snaptrap doesn't look happy either. He's probably logging in to try and beat his smug brother and sister who seem ready for him.
The backgrounds for the three characters the siblings play as were taken from World of Warcraft too. So not everything in this pic was made exclusively from me. Some are screen shots from the game and artwork from it too. A mixed media project.
The title screen 'World of Ratcraft' was also taken directly from the show.

But all other drawings of the characters above are 100% mine. The dark mage in particular turned out really good. ;D

Lady Elizabeth Tepes Malmsteen

While T.U.F.F. Puppy isn't really my favorite cartoon, it is in the Butch Hartman style that does at least keep my creative juices flowing.
Most of the villains and heroes in the show are pets. One kind of pet I don't think a lot of people own for legal reasons are bats.

I created a TUFF Puppy OC. Don't know if I'll do much with her, but I at least have a ref pic of her now along with a little BG story.

Her name is Lady Malmsteen: full name Elizabeth Tepes Malmsteen. She is a vampire bat from "Petsylvania" who lives in a castle of bats.
Her personality is both welcoming and alluring but also diabolical and malicious. Living for a long time, she uses the essence of young women to keep herself looking young. She also controls boys under hypnosis. (It's a kid show. I'm not sure neck biting fits the parent's code.)

Flanking her are references to her evil nature: Ms. Kitty Katswell strapped to a chair in her castle being subjected to stare at a pink jewel that Malmsteen uses to drain the essence. (And yes...Dark Crystal reference right there people.)

Speaking of references, her name is derived from two sources. One is she is named after the famous Romanian countess Elizabeth Bathory who used up young women to keep herself young; or so she thought. Her middle name of course comes from the full name of Count Dracula; Vlad tepes Dracul.
Her last name comes from the famous heavy metal guitarist of the 80's Yngwie Malmsteen. His neo classical approach to heavy metal was the source of inspiration.

Oh yes as for dudley on the right, he's under her hypnotic control to do her bidding. I did put two tiny red dots on his neck to indicate her vampiric tendencies; but not too sure ifi t would still be acceptable.

Her mannerisms are difficult to pin down in one picture. I usually think of Eris from early eps of Billy and Mandy how she acts sweet and alluring but at the same time evil and full of mall content.

At least two stories I would have planned for her in the TUFF Puppy fan realm: both of which do with the predicaments Ms. Katswell and Dudley are on her sides.
