Angel Profile Number 1 Dark Shikoku
I know I've not been active in the art scene for a while.
But upon receiving some positive news on my end of things I have been slowly getting back into things.
I know I have some commissions and gift art to finish.
But for now; let me show you some exercises I been working on to help me draw again.
This is a series I am working on entitled 'Angel Profiles.'
It will tell the basic information of each Angel that makes of the team of specially trained assassins/fighters/enforcers led by General Blitz to take control of T.U.F.F. and subsequently Petropolis.
Among most things you will read about them; they will have a number assigned to them. Each Angel is given a number based on what order they were recruited in. In this case Angel #1 was the first Angel recruited.
None other than the ninja assassin Dark Shikoku.
Her original name was Suzuki Shadows.
The name Suzuki is relevant because another feature about each girl is that each of their original names come from the names of Bond Girls from various James Bond movies.
Suzuki's name derives from Kissy Suzuki; the female ninja from the Bond film 'You Only Live Twice.'
Their last names also relate to their abilities. In this case Shadows relates to her shadow capabilities.
Unlike future Angels; Suzuki had these abilities with her all her life as a ninja trained in the art of shadow. But Blitz's technological advancements helped amplify her abilities.
So how did she come into the company of General Blitz as the first Angel? A little back story:
Suzuki Shadows was leader of a company of ninjas for hire known as the Kira Usagi clan. (Literally the "Killer Rabbit" Clan.)
Here's a previous picture of these disposable lagomorphs.
While her underlings relied on numbers to make up for their semi-competent ninja skills; Suzuki's abilities came from her ninja training when she inherited her clan's sacred scroll that gave her the ability to manipulate her shadow into various weapons and means of covering up. She and her rabbit underlings were for hire to anyone who would bid enough for them. Although times became tougher for them when ninjas weren't considered reliable anymore. (And people started losing interest in the 80's.)
General Blitz came to her and the clan with an idea to give them permanent work. In a bid to take over TUFF he wanted to hire as many martial arts assassins and bodyguards as he could to make his dreams of taking over TUFF and Petropolis (and eventually the world) a reality.
Initially seeing it as just a job and opportunity for her and her ninja bunnies to work; she agreed to join Blitz and help him take over TUFF.
But she also suggested she be given a team to work with while her underlings followed her commands. After undergoing Blitz's treatments that gave her shadow abilities an extra boost she felt others could benefit from it as well. And with her and at least seven other high powered warriors they could easily control each sector of Petropolis with overwhelming force the likes of which no crime fighter or supervillain felt before.
Blitz knowing competition from supervillains living in Petropolis was fierce liked the idea. He then tasked Suzuki Shadows to help him scout and recruit seven other candidates to form his team.
Eventually the team of eight would form and would be formally known as 'The Angels.' Suzuki Shadows would then take the code name 'Dark Shikoku' named after her shadow abilities and her breed (Shikoku Inu).
Although she was the first angel recruited; she declined to be the leader of the team as she was already the leader of her rabbits as they were tasked to control the railways and transportation sectors that led in and out of Petropolis.
The leadership position would be given to the next Angel in line; the second one to be recruited.
And we will visit her next time.

Obscure Character May 2020: Beret Girl
We move on through May with our next girl after coming off of April's Obscure girl of the month:
During the month of May; I decided to draw the Beret Girl from 'An Extremely Goofy Movie.' She became PJ's squeeze when he finally mustered some courage as a secondary plot to the film. You don't see as much art of her as Roxanne or everyone's favorite hot mama Peg Pete. This pale-skinned marooned hair spooky poet needed some extra loving. ;D
It looks like it's 'Topless Poetry Slam' night. For some reason (not sure why ![;)]( ";) (Wink)")

Whether half or fully nude; she is indeed a beautiful albeit spooky poet who acts like it's the 50's.
Hey in keeping in the spirit with it's predecessor; 'An Extremely Goofy Movie' wanted to be a period piece celebrating generational diversity. It certainly had no shortage of girls who acted like they were in different decades: from Roxanne's friend who acted like it was the 60's/early 70's to that valley girl blond who simply screams "I love the 90's!"
Girls who represent different decades are hot no? ;D

Angel Profile Number 2 Shining Wolf

So here we have Angel Profile #2.
The lovely and speedy Shining Wolf.
Her real name is Ryder. It's a portmanteau of two Bond girl names: Ms. Honey Ryder and Ms. Sylvia Trench.
Both girls appeared in the Bond film 'Dr. No.'
Keeping the tradition of giving the Angels names of Bond girls from different Bond movies.
For Shining Wolf's backstory it is both simple and tragic how it all came about. Sylvia Ryder was a natural born runner. She was captain of the Women's Track Club at her university and showed great promise on becoming an Olympic runner. Her speed and determination assured her that she would go on to win gold and shatter new records.
Unfortunately a horrible car accident shattered her legs. In the hospital it was revealed that upon recovery she would never be able to run again.
Days passed as she laid in her bed wishing more than anything to get her legs working again so she could restart her running career.
It so happened that a hospital visitor by the name of Suzuki Shadows (Dark Shikoku) visited her with a proposition. She worked for a highly advanced organization that had the ability to not only give Sylvia the ability to run again; but even faster and better before.
As running was her passion (of which she couldn't live without it); Sylvia eagerly accepted.
She was then transferred to a curious lab facility where she was given through various treatments a new-founded pair of operable legs. Not only did they work again, but Sylvia found she was running even faster before as Shadows said they would.
In exchange for payment; Sylvia accepted a position in the organization's team that a General Blitz was putting together. As Sylvia Ryder also worked as a team captain at her school, she was also offered to lead the team while Shadows led her own team of ninja rabbits.
Although the circumstances surrounding everything seemed suspicious; Sylvia had her running back and thus her passion...and a job to boot. Once more the super suit she was given allowed her to run even faster than the speed of light. The thrill of being alive and free was all so much for her that she didn't care who she worked for at this point. She accepted the position and adopted the code name 'Shining Wolf.'
She would become the leader of the next six Angels to be recruited. And while she would grow to love them (and hate them on occasions like most people would with co-workers); over time the high of running would wear off as she got further and further into General Blitz's plans of taking over T.U.F.F.....eventually Petropolis...and one day....the world. While still dedicated to the team and the one who gave her another chance at life; she would question her decision of doing anything to get her legs back and run again. It is especially a moral crossroads for her as she tries to keep her team of Angels together with contrasting personalities and abilities.

Sharon Moon
For the #sailormoonredraw meme going around.
I chose my fox character Sharon Nicole Ken to be a part of this meme.
In fact her expressions reads "Aw crap! I'm a meme now!"
A lovely meme though. X3 I can totally see her fitting the role of Sailor Usagi. Maybe not as bubbly as she's more of a tomboy but still.
Maybe that's why she's embarrassed. Sharon isn't the type to be seen in a dress even if it is a Super Sentai schoolgirl uniform. ;3

Cant Get Started
I hit another art block for now.
I know I had big plans for June; but give me a week or so before I can even get started again.
Let's just say in light of everything going on it's hard for me to feel artistically inspired.
So excuse me while I just wait out the last days of my quarantine doing other things non-art related.

Trikini Queens
efore I get my Queen of Summer contest started; I brought the previous Queens from the past five Queen of Summer contests to model off a recent fashion some people adopted in the wake of the pandemic known as the Trikini.
That is a bikini with a matching fashionable face mask.
When the real Queen of Summer contest gets under way; the contestants won't wear the masks.
I just wanted my previous Queens to model off what theirs looks like and how it matches their swim attire.
From left to right: Mai Ling, Lady Malmsteen, Lizzy McDinga, Sarah Brendhart and Ruth Campbell.
Of all of them; Mai's mask looks the most like it would be something she wears all the time to conceal her identity. She is an assassin after all.
I gave Lizzy stars from Australia's flag to complete her ensemble.
The reason I didn't give a Union Jack to Sarah's mask is because her suit already has loads of them. British overkill. XD

Queen of Summer 6 Rd 1: Janis VS Psyler
As promised I now begin the Queen of Summer in June. After many weeks of adjustment and getting settled; we can now begin.
And the first round is timely (sort of) after the reveal trailer of the upcoming Ratchet and Clank game 'Rift Apart.'
Not only were we introduced to the first Lombax we've seen in a while since Angela; but it's revealed that she had a big poofy tail.
And so it is my two lombax female OCs Janis Wregner and Psyler had their anatomy changed. They now officially have puffy tails too.
And they seem to be showing them off along with their swimsuits. And who should be walking by to take notice than my main lombax OC Sin. (Haven't seen this guy in a while.)
He's curious how they have tails all of a sudden. Yeah me too since Rift Apart reveal....but I like them. X3
Anyway go to my poll and vote for which lombax lady wins the first round.

Obscure Character June 2020: Krakatoa Katie
So we cruise through June after celebrating May's Obscure character:
For June I wanted to commemorate my arrival to Honolulu Hawaii here I now currently live. With beautiful scenery and constant warm weather, I couldn't ask for a better place to live during these troubling times.
So to symbolize my new living spaces I chose an obscure island beauty from a Mighty Mouse cartoon way back when. She is Krakatoa Katie from this vintage Mighty Mouse cartoon I am referring to:
In true islander fashion she is walking on the shores without a top on. She is looking rather statuesque here. All that time dancing as well as swimming on the island really gave her a marvelous set of legs. ;3
Here is the more natural version of her where she really starts living like an islander and doesn't bother wearing anything at all.

The floral patterns on both her dress and thong really do compliment her otherwise pale skin and long flowing brown hair. As the cartoon suggests she is not only the hottest girl on the island she apparently is the only girl on the island. Uh-oh...Smurfette syndrome. XD But honestly if there were other women mice on the island, she'd be a pretty hard girl to top in terms of looks. XD
She also reminds me of those World War II Pin Ups the guys would sometimes paint on their bombers in the pacific. And since I am military this girl was an all to perfect choice to represent my new island life. X3
Trust me; living on an island right now is definitely not a bad option.

Coco Bandicoot and the Mystery Lombax
Dedicated to two very special ladies of two of my most anticipated games towards the end of this year.
Coco Bandicoot in the upcoming 'Crash Bandicoot: It's About Time' and the 'Mystery Lombax' from 'Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart.'
I can't think of any other games I am currently more excited for.
Last of Us Part 2? What the fk is that!? XD
Although I do still recall when Naughty Dog were the original creators and owners of the Crash Bandicoot games.
This was long before they became a bunch of uptight douchebags who can't take criticism of any kind.
It appears ActiviVision is also working hard to give a proper follow-up to Crash Bandicoot 1-3.
Though in all honesty: a remake of 'Wrath of Cortex' would be very welcomed.
I do like their take on Coco Bandicoot. There's also a "street" version of her I find appealing too.
As for the Mystery Lombax; we don't quite know her name yet. All I know is she has a golden mechanical arm, a huge hammer and a big fluffy tail. Instant fave!! ;3
And her tail had me remodify my lady lombaxes to also have floofy tails.
These two games will be a great reward for gutting out this insane year; along with a Playstation 5.
And these two fuzzy beauties are a wonderful way to welcome it.

Queen of Summer Rd 2: Sharon vs Lola
Sorry the next round took so long guys. XD I guess I;m enjoying my summer just as much as the girls aprticipating.
But we got our next contestants: celebrating a belated 4th of July BBQ no less.
The blonde foxy Sharon Nicole Ken (Sharon the 'Merican) and the loony raccoony Lola Henderson (Lolaggeddon)
Sharon's just having a good ol fashioned BBQ. Grilling hot dogs and burgers while enjoying a nice cola. Yes that's cola in her hand. (She's not old enough to drink beer yet. XD)
Lola on the other hand has a different method and wants a good ol shish-kaboob.
She;s making herself a ham sandwhich. A whole ham, head of lettuce, big piece of cheese and whole tomato sandwhiched between two burger buns.
Sharon is like "Um....can you eat all that?"
Knowing Lola she could probably do it in one gulp.

Cooley and Barkley Swimsuits
A spontaneous drawing I did based off characters from the works of a cartoon hobbyist on Deviantart I admire.
.I love his sketches and how his humor holds no bars. It's my kinda humor that satirizes everyone and everything. No exceptions. X3
And like me he enjoys drawing raccoons. He made a sitcom family of raccoons called the Cooleys.
While they take their inspirations mostly from 'All in the Family'; it seems the main source of inspiration came from the anthro dog sitcom from the 70's called The Barkleys.
Yeah I spontaneously do art for that obscure piece of Depatie-Freleng animation now and then. So does Rocky. ;3
But anyways the two daughters of the two respective families are walking side by side having some idle girlish chatter. All while wearing some rather skimpy bikinis. For the time anyway; this was the early 70's. The raccoon brunette is Flora Cooley while the blonde haired doggish girl is Terry Barkley.
Their dads (Arnie Barkley and Ernie Cooley) do not approve of them walking around in public dressed like that. (Define dressed.) Ernie in particular is having a real fit. Arnie on the other hand is being reactionary as usual and assumes that their daughters have become "Street Walkers." (AKA prostitutes.)
Arnie's character seems to hinge on him being both reactionary and delusional. Especially when it came to his daughter. Like the time he was worried she'd be "married" to this boy he didn't approve of. Yeah...marriage. That's the only thing you need to worry about Arn. Not that...you know...OTHER thing teen boys and girls might do before marriage. ![:P]( ":P (Lick)")
You'll never see this kinda thing on the Barkleys though when it comes to sex. (Physical intercourse I mean. Gender was an issue on the show.) But through RockyComicsToonz no holds barred approach to cartooning; you will. ;D Highly recommend you check his work out.

Queen of Summer Rd 3: Xu vs Mindy
Finally round 3 of Queen of Summer is up.
Two of my lovely ladies relaxing in the pool on two inflatable rafts.
The beautiful panda Xu Chan and the alluring redhead mouse Mindy Gardoe are just taking in the suns rays poolside.
A nice peaceful respite for these two as they wait out the days of summer and forget about all worries happening on the outside.
Not much to say here. I think this piece speaks for itself. You gotta sexy panda and a sexy mouse girl to choose from. ;3

Obscure Character July 2020: Agnes Barkley
The month of June is quickly behind after celebrating the island spirit with Krakatoa Katie.
The month of July features the matron of the early 70's animated dog family The Barkleys. That would be the pretty attractive looking orange haired poodle named Agnes Barkley.
It appears she is dressed in a see-through robe and wearing equally revealing lingerie for her bear of a husband Arnie Barkley. In true Simpson and Family Guy fashion; a fairly attractive woman is married to a fat simple-minded middle class schmoo.
But in true sitcom mom fashion she endures her husband's close-mindedness. Although during times like this when it's a special love making night I'm sure even Arnie is willing to open his mind to new experiences. ;3
More so when there is wine involved as in the more revealing pic of Agnes here:

I like it when he gets a s revealing as me. Agnes is feeling pretty amorous right now. And this was an early seventies mom. Heh heh; those poodle pubes stay on. X3 Like how they match her hair.
Hopefully this doesn't lead to her and Arnie making a fourth kid though. They already got two teens and a grade school kid. And on a bus driver's salary while Agnes works as a house mother. And again early seventies; usage of condoms not yet fully implemented and birth control still debated.
Heh; the missing Barkleys episode where they tackled the idea of birth control.

Queen of Summer Rd 4: Shining Wolf vs Tess
Yay!! Finally round 4 is up.
I know I been taking so long on these. It's taken me a while to get my art mojo pumping again.
What better way to get it going than to have two lovely wolf girls compete in the fourth round.
First the pale furred British wolf Shining Wolf. (Real name Sylvia.) The other being the more grey-furred Austrian wolf Tess Morblung.
While Shining Wolf prefers wear a more conventional bikini; Tess decides to go topless. And given she's got the biggest bust size of any of my characters; that's rather daring. Tess is not afraid of anything truly.
Nor is she afraid to ask Shining Wolf to help apply suntan lotion to her back rather suggestively. Shining Wolf looks rather hesitantly at Tess's suggestion. Tess must've heard rumors about her and Dark Shikoku.

Queen of Summer Rd 5: Dark Shikoku vs Splash Vixen
Round 5 is finally up.
We have two of the eight Angels competing.
With Shining Wolf from the last round that makes three of my eight in this contest.
Do I plan on having others accounted for? We'll see as this contest most likely find it's way into September.
The theme of the day here is deep sea open water dives.
We have here each Angel demonstrating their abilities in their own way.
Dark Shikoku uses her shadow to morph into an array of many things. While they are primarily weapons she can also morph it into practical or casual uses. In this case her scuba tank, regulator and mask.
Splash Vixen meanwhile demonstrates her water abilities by not wearing any scuba equipment whatsoever. Her ability to control water also allows her to breathe underwater and explore any depth without succumbing to lack of oxygen or decompression.
She can even see clearly underwater without masks. She may not be the the brightest of the eight but her abilities are quite exceptional. Both these Angels and Shining Wolf might have the most useful and powerful abilities yet.
Though Storm Foo's ability to control the winds to make her fly and Stone Jackal's abilities to manipulate the Earth itself do come into play.
It just goes to show you that no Angel is stronger than the other. It's how they implement their abilities that truly makes each one noteworthy.

Obscure Character August 2020: Daisy Dingo
July is now behind us as will our summer days soon as we reflect on our past obscure character Agnes Barkley of the Barkley family:
For August we move from America to Australia to gaze upon the indigenous canid that is the dingo. I myself have had experiences in drawing lovely dingo characters. ;3 Except this one comes from an early 90's Australian animated show called Blinky Bill.
The character's name is Daisy Dingo. And as was true for many anthro shows during this time period; they were not afraid to show off their main female's sex appeal. (I believe we'll have another example of this come September.)
She wasn't afraid to be a flirt or tease either from what I've seen. And the design while appealing also in a way reminds me of a sexy female Wile E. Coyote. I didn't even know dingos had fox-like tails. Most pictures I've seen of them look dramstically different and more akin to what I'm used to drawing with characters like Lizzy McDinga.
That doesn't stop us from looking at Daisy here with any less reverence as she sits half-naked on the beach. And then she decides to go skinny dipping all together in the uncensored version here:

Flossing up her dingo darriere doesn't make it any less hot. ;3 Those Aussies really know how to party and cut loose. Should we ever get to a point again where we can travel the world freely again; Australia seems like a nice place to visit. I've yet to even meet a real dingo...or kangaroo, or koala or platypus. Their unique flora and fauna alone makes it a place of real interest. ;D
As far as I am concerned the dingo is how I represent Australia. So it's only natural I'd have a dingo character represent August.
