Summer has ended. And with it August and saying goodbye to our last Obscure Character Daisy Dingo:

From the beaches of Australia to the mountains of Canada we now introduce September's Obscure Character for September. This would be the still attractive and beautiful Lisa Raccoon from that cult cartoon classic most of us growing up at least knew of 'The Raccoons.'

Lisa Raccoon still holds a large place in my heart. You could call her my first furry crush. You could also sorta blame her for me starting this whole madness to begin with. I mean even as a kid I questioned why she was the only one in her family (let alone the whole Evergreen Forest) that wore a full set of clothes and was remarkably taller than most of her raccoon kin. It was clear to me even as a kid it had everything to do with her attractive figure.

And naturally as one got older, it made you wonder what she looked like without those clothes on.

Lisa is a pretty soft spoken and sporty girl. She's not above talking back to her little brother though; nor did she and Bert ever get out of the friend zone when the show ultimately ended in the early 90's. Ambiguity on how things worked out for them is part of The Raccoons mythos. But I say it was looking like a 40% chance she and Bert would ever start a serious relationship even if the show continued.

It also goes without saying her voice actress sang the memorable song 'Come Run With Us.' Not only did I first hear this song from this show...but years later as an adult I heard it again in the end credits of the grindhouse film 'Hobo with a Shotgun.' Immediately upon hearing it I reimagined the film starring most of all The Raccoons cast: 'Raccoon with a Shotgun' if you will. XD

I decided to make Lisa a bit of an exhibitionist here by having her sitting naked in the bough of a tree; save for her socks and shoes. I mean she did have to climb up there. XD But here we have the Furaffinity version where she goes completely naked and shows to be more flirty after she came down from the tree.

Also continuing the tradition with me my good friend and fellow artist also drew his own interpretation of this very lovely raccoon. Complete with extremely 80's hot pink for a far more kinkier version of her. I'm not complaining at all. ;D

I can only imagine this is part of Bert's fantasies. Or maybe that's just how us artists envision it. XD Bert has some degree of chivalry to him. Though let's be honest Bert; that's also how you can lose a girl like Lisa. She wasn't exactly happy to be in the Evergreen forest. Even then after winning the Gold medal she's still unsure of herself and her future. I think she'd be more interested in working towards her goals in life before settling down.

It's just really good though she's a really nice gal and kindly supports her friends and family.
